Washington Property definition

Washington Property means the leasehold interest in the Real Property more particularly described on Schedule 2(C) as the "Washington Property".
Washington Property means the land, together the buildings and improvements thereon, located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, as more particularly described on Exhibit E-3 attached hereto.
