Wastewater Treatment Plants definition

Wastewater Treatment Plants and “WWTPs” shall mean the wastewater treatment plants operated by the City and set forth as follows:

More Definitions of Wastewater Treatment Plants

Wastewater Treatment Plants or “WTP” means the wastewater treatment plant(s) and systems owned and operated by the KLWTD, as applicable, which will treat and dispose of Village wastewater, including buildings, structures, equipment, piping and related or required appurtenances including the facilities, pipes, connections and appurtenances used to pump and treat wastewater.
Wastewater Treatment Plants means plants for the treatment of wastewater, irrespective of capacity and treatment type, including central efluent treatment plants (CETP).
Wastewater Treatment Plants or “WWTPs” shall mean devices or systems used in the storage, treatment, recycling, and reclamation of municipal wastewater. For purposes of this Consent Decree, this definition shall include all facilities owned, managed, operated, and/or maintained by the City, including but not limited to the South Lagoon and the North Lagoon, and all components of such sewage treatment plants.
Wastewater Treatment Plants or “WWTP” means the WPCA’s Wastewater treatment plants and the real property located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, facility ID 015- 001 and 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxx. Bridgeport, Connecticut, facility ID 015-002 as referred to in the NPDES Permit, described in Appendix l, consisting generally of that separate and contiguous part of the Wastewater Treatment System comprising buildings, structures and equipment, and the roads, grounds, fences and landscaping appurtenant thereto, utilized for treatment of Influent and Biosolids, laboratory functions and administration and management of the WWTP, including any Capital Modifications made thereto from time to time.
Wastewater Treatment Plants means the wastewater treatment plants within the areas identified on Exhibit A attached to this Memorandum.
