NPDES Permit definition

NPDES Permit means any permit or equivalent document or requirements issued by the Administrator, or, where appropriated by the Director, after enactment of the Federal Clean Water Act to regulate the discharge of pollutants pursuant to Section 402 of the Federal Act.
NPDES Permit. The term "NPDES Permit" shall mean the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. CAS0029912 (issued to the City of ) as amended, and as may be superseded by subsequent NPDES permits that are reissued from time to time.
NPDES Permit means an operation permit, issued after the department has obtained approval of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program from the administrator, that authorizes the discharge of any pollutant into a navigable water.
