Water district member service area means the service area of the city, town or private water company that qualifies as a water district member service area of a water district as provided by title 48, chapter 28.

  • District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Public Works Director or “Director” means the Public Works Director of the Town or his or her designee.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
