Water fountain definition

Water fountain means a water feature that either causes water to be sprayed into the air, or is a waterfall or fountain for public display. The term water fountain shall not mean a water feature of a pond or basin that performs a function essential to the support of fish life in that pond or basin.
Water fountain means a bathing place that functions by using mechanical means to propel a stream of water out of an opening or structure.
