Water Plan definition

Water Plan means the water resources plan or resource operations plan, if any, from time to time under the Act, that applies to the Regulated Area.
Water Plan means a document developed in compliance with this regulation. The term "water plan" will be used in this regulation to mean either local or regional water plans.
Water Plan means the Water Plan required by this Statement to be delivered to the Commission.
