Amended and Restated Resolution definition

Amended and Restated Resolution means the Agency’s Amended and Restated Power Supply Revenue Bond Resolution adopted August 28, 1998, as it may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Amended and Restated Resolution means the Amended and Restated Resolution No. 20552, adopted by the Commission on August 12, 2019, which amends and restates the Original Resolution.
