Weekly Nomination definition

Weekly Nomination means Nominations made by a Storage Users for each Hour in the relevant Week in accordance with Section I.4 of GT&C Appendix II.
Weekly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.3(a).
Weekly Nomination has the meaning specified in Section 5.4.

Examples of Weekly Nomination in a sentence

  • If any Thursday is not a Business Day, the Weekly Nomination shall be delivered on the first preceding Business Day.

  • The Parties agree that the Quarterly Delivery Forecast, Monthly Delivery Schedule and the Weekly Nomination shall be prepared in coordination between the Parties.

  • If the Shipper does not request a change in respect of any Day covered by the Weekly Nomination or does not revise its Weekly Nomination in accordance with clause 4.3(b) by 15:00 hours on the Day before that Day, the Shippers’ Daily Nomination for that Day will be deemed to be as set out in the last revised Weekly Nomination for that Day.

  • In the absence of notification from MSCG to DCRC within one Business Day of MSCG’s receipt of any Weekly Nomination of MSCG’s objection to any information contained therein relating to Nominated Volumes to be sold by MSCG and purchased by DCRC, the Parties shall be deemed to have agreed to the sale by MSCG to DCRC of the Nominated Volumes of Intermediate Products specified therein on each relevant Delivery Date specified therein.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, all transactions between MSCG and DCRC as reflected in each Monthly Delivery Schedule and Weekly Nomination are entered into in reliance on the fact that all such transactions and reports, together with this Agreement, form a single agreement.

  • MSCG’s supply obligations shall be consistent with the Weekly Nomination delivered by DCRC, and such obligations shall be subject to DCRC’s performance of its obligations hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents.


More Definitions of Weekly Nomination

Weekly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.3(a). Year means each consecutive period of 12 Months during the Term starting on the Initial Start Date.
Weekly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 6.3(a). Wilful Misconduct means any act or failure to act taken or not taken with an intentional disregard of foreseeable, harmful and avoidable consequences, but does not include:
Weekly Nomination means the nomination for individual Gas Days of a given Gas Week, broken down by hour;
Weekly Nomination means a weekly nomination provided by the Buyers in accordance with clause 8.3(c), as may be amended by the Buyers in accordance with that clause.
