Weekly Nomination definition

Weekly Nomination means Nominations made by a Storage Users for each Hour in the relevant Week in accordance with Section I.4 of GT&C Appendix II.
Weekly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.3(a).
Weekly Nomination has the meaning specified in Section 5.4.

  • If any Thursday is not a Business Day, the Weekly Nomination shall be delivered on the first preceding Business Day.

  • If the Shipper fails to nominate the amount of Natural Gas for the next Day, the Daily Nomination for such next Day shall be deemed to be the amount nominated for such Day of the Week in the Shipper's most recently supplied Weekly Nomination.

  • If the Customer does not request a change in respect of any Day covered by the Weekly Nomination by 15:00 hours on the Day before that Day, the Customer’s Daily Nomination for that Day will be deemed to be as set out in the last revised Weekly Nomination for that Day.

  • The Parties acknowledge that PBF bears sole responsibility for the preparation, accuracy and correctness of the Weekly Nomination.

  • DCRC shall indemnify MSCG or TPSI or both for any costs, expenses or other losses that it incurs in respect of a Sale Contract as a result of DCRC’s failure to make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver volumes of Products to MSCG in accordance with the Monthly Delivery Schedule and the Weekly Nomination.

Weekly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 6.3(a). Wilful Misconduct means any act or failure to act taken or not taken with an intentional disregard of foreseeable, harmful and avoidable consequences, but does not include:

  • Nomination Date as herein used means twenty-fifth (25th) of the month preceding the movement; provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a weekend, the date shall be the preceding workday, and further provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a holiday the date shall be two (2) workdays prior to the holiday.

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • special meeting in lieu of an annual meeting means a special meeting called by Directors for the purpose of electing Directors in the event that an annual meeting is not held on or before such date as may be required by the NYSE Amex, New York Stock Exchange or such other exchange or trading system on which shares are principally traded, if applicable.

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Form of Election has the meaning assigned in Section 3.3(b).
