Weighted Average Credit Percentage means, at any time of determination, the greater of (a) 0.0% and (b) the percentage determined pursuant to the following formula: WACP = (100% x WACT – 30) / 30 where: WACP = the Weighted Average Credit Percentage WACT = the Weighted Average Credit Terms
