WellCare Companion Guide definition

WellCare Companion Guide means the transaction guide that sets forth data requirements and electronic transaction requirements for Clean Claims and Encounter Data submitted to Health Plan or its Affiliates, as amended from time to time. The WellCare Companion Guide is part of the Provider Manual.
