  • All communications from xxxxxxxxx.xxx targeted specifically to WellPoint Members and WellPoint Plan Sponsors (unless the WellPoint Plan Sponsor initiated contact with xxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall require WellPoint's prior written approval, except to any party who is a xxxxxxxxx.xxx customer.

  • The parties shall work together to create collateral materials to market xxxxxxxxx.xxx, such as package inserts for WellPoint, WellPoint Affiliates, WellPoint Plan Sponsors and WellPoint Members in a mutually agreeable format.

  • PBM agrees to have a testing process and corresponding written policies and procedures that are designed to identify and correct WellPoint, Plan and PBM configuration errors prior to implementation and to document the manner and extent to which it has performed such testing.

  • Nothing in this Section 2.1(a) shall preclude the listing of other Internet Pharmacies in a WellPoint Plan Sponsor's provider directory or pharmacy locator.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
