Western Wireless means Western Wireless Corporation; and
Western Wireless means defendant Western Wireless Corporation, incorporated in the state of Washington with headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Western Wireless means Request No. 11, Manti objects to the request on the grounds of work product privilege. Nevertheless, without waiving this objection, Manti will produce documentation necessary to support its cost study. This documentation is included with the output file from the HAI Model 5.0a referred to in the response to Discovery Request 11.
