  • This is Appendix A to the Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement dated as of November 18, 2011, among LPAC Corp., as the Seller, Lennox Industries, Inc., as the Master Servicer, Victory Receivables Corporation, as a Purchaser, BTMU, as the Administrative Agent, the BTMU Purchaser Agent and a Liquidity Bank and WFB, as the WFB Purchaser Agent and a Liquidity Bank (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”).

Related to WFB Purchaser Agent

  • Purchaser Agent means each Person acting as agent on behalf of a Purchaser Group and designated as a Purchaser Agent for such Purchaser Group on the signature pages to this Agreement or any other Person who becomes a party to this Agreement as a Purchaser Agent pursuant to an Assumption Agreement or a Transfer Supplement.

  • Majority Purchaser Agents means a minimum of two Purchaser Agents which in their related Purchaser Group have Related Committed Purchasers whose Commitments aggregate more than 50% of the aggregate Commitment of all Related Committed Purchasers in all Purchaser Groups.

  • Purchaser Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of the Purchasers, the Guarantor and the Guarantor’s subsidiaries at that time.

  • Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.

  • Purchaser Affiliate means any affiliate of the Purchaser, including a transferee who is an affiliate of the Purchaser, and any person who controls the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act; and

  • Additional Purchasers means purchasers of Additional Notes.

  • Funding Agent or "agents" means an investment firm, trust bank, or other financial
