Examples of WG Charter in a sentence

  • In addition to the Annual Membership Fee as agreed to in the Participant’s Membership Agreement, Participant agrees to pay the WG Participation Fees as defined in the WG Charter and which are included in Exhibit A for reference and any other working group participation fees by reason of Participant's participation in any other Eclipse working group(s).

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Participant and Eclipse Foundation, Participant will be billed WG Participation Fees as defined in the WG Charter on the Effective Date of this Participation Agreement, and on the anniversary of that date each year.

  • However, as of the date of the Beijing Communiqué, the issue of possible special protections for INGOs other than the RCRC and IOC had not been addressed outside of the PDP WG and so, as mandated by the WG Charter, it was deliberated on.

  • The term “Chartering Organization” (CO), in this context, can be any formal entity or informal grouping of individuals that wishes to generate a WG Charter document.

  • Should the WG Charter explicitly identify a specific date for when Participants are to begin paying fees (the “Initial Fee Payment Date”), such as, for example January 1st of the next calendar year after the Effective Date, then Participant agrees to pay the WG Participation Fees on the Initial Fee Payment Date, and each anniversary of the Initial Fee Payment Date thereafter.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the WG Charter, Participant agrees to pay the WG Participation Fees, including any amendments to the WG Participation Fees made from time-to-time as described herein, upon execution of this Agreement, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Any additional roles that are not included here should be listed in the WG Charter, including a description and minimal set of functions/duties to the extent that the chartering organization might wish to specify them.

A copy of the proposed charter is attached hereto as Annex C .

  • Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.

  • Reorganization Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Lock-Up Agreement means the Lock-Up Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the directors and officers of the Company, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
