Wholesale Notes means, as the context may require, (a) all assets of the types classified under the heading “Wholesale notes” in the statement of consolidated financial condition of the US Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of October 31, 2015 and the related statements of consolidated income and retained earnings and consolidated cash flow for the fiscal year then ended, together with the notes thereto, included in the 2015 Annual Report and reported on by KPMG or (b) the aggregate Unpaid Balances thereof.
Wholesale Notes included under "Five Year Summary of Financial and Operating Data" in the 1999 Annual Report.
