Wholesale Provider definition

Wholesale Provider means a person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity that provides a resale or local wholesale basic local exchange service product to a provider.
Wholesale Provider is a Telecommunications Service provider that offers or uses a Wholesale Service.
