Service Product definition

Service Product means anything (corporeal or incorporeal) and including IP, created as a consequence of, or in the course of providing, the services;
Service Product means the Proposal, Report and all charts, tables, drawings, graphs, opinions, advice and recommendations, written or oral, made by the Consultant pursuant to the Services.
Service Product means a Licensed Product that is a service provided by Licensee, Affiliate or Sublicensee. Research and development carried out by Licensee, Affiliates, or a Sublicensee for the purpose of creating Clinically-Approved Products or Other Products does not constitute a Service Product.

Examples of Service Product in a sentence

  • Consultant agrees to assist Senti in every proper way to obtain and enforce United States and foreign proprietary rights relating to the Service Product in any and all countries.

  • Consultant agrees that any and all Service Product shall be the sole and exclusive property of Senti.

Service Product means the design, manufacture, supply, installation and/or commissioning of the goods and services which comply to the specifications (also known as the “works”) that form part of and as described in the purchase order, and anything (corporeal or incorporeal) and including IP, created as a consequence of, or in the course of providing, the goods and services;
