Service Product definition

Service Product means anything (corporeal or incorporeal) and including IP, created as a consequence of, or in the course of providing, the services;
Service Product means the Proposal, Report and all charts, tables, drawings, graphs, opinions, advice and recommendations, written or oral, made by the Consultant pursuant to the Services.
Service Product means a Licensed Product that is a service provided by Licensee, Affiliate or Sublicensee. Research and development carried out by Licensee, Affiliates, or a Sublicensee for the purpose of creating Clinically-Approved Products or Other Products does not constitute a Service Product.
