Bona fide purchaser means a person who in good faith makes a purchase without notice of any outstanding rights of others.
Eligible Purchaser means a corporation, partnership or other entity which we have reasonable grounds to believe and do believe can make representations with respect to itself to substantially the same effect as the representations set forth herein.
Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.
the Seller means the person so described in the Order;
Purchaser Affiliate means any affiliate of the Purchaser, including a transferee who is an affiliate of the Purchaser, and any person who controls the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act; and
retail investor means a person who is one (or more) of the following:
First purchaser means the first buyer of a manufactured item that contains ferrous or nonferrous metal in a retail or business-to-business transaction. A person that purchases scrap metal, or other property described in section 10, in violation of this act, or an automotive recycler, pawnshop, scrap metal recycler, or scrap processor is not considered a first purchaser.
The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.
Wholesale distributor means any person other than a manufacturer, a manufacturer's co-licensed
Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.
Prospective Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(i) hereof.
Wholesale dealer means any dealer who deals in, or who holds a licence under any law to deal in, as the case may be, wholesale quantities of goods, and the business and stock of a wholesale dealer shall be deemed to include the business and stocks of any retail dealer who conducts business on the same premises on which the wholesale dealer conducts his or her business; and
Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Purchasing Entity means a state (as well as the District of Columbia and US territories), city, county, district, other political subdivision of a State, or a nonprofit organization under the laws of some states if authorized by a Participating Addendum, that issues a Purchase Order against the Master Agreement and becomes financially committed to the purchase.
Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.
Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.
Ultimate purchaser means, with respect to any new motor vehicle or new motor vehicle engine, the first person who in good faith purchases a new motor vehicle or new motor vehicle engine for purposes other than resale.
Original Purchaser means the original purchaser of the Bonds designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award.
Substitute Purchaser is defined in Section 21.
U.S. Purchaser is (a) any U.S. Person that purchased Units, (b) any person that purchased Units on behalf of any U.S. Person or any person in the United States, (c) any purchaser of Units that received an offer of the Units while in the United States, (d) any person that was in the United States at the time the purchaser’s buy order was made or the subscription agreement for Units was executed or delivered;
Primary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as the principal supplier of the Goods and/or Services required under this Agreement.
Third Party Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.
