Wholesale Rate definition

Wholesale Rate means the market prices that we determine are available to us in the Wholesale Market for a specific amount of Foreign Currency at a specific point in time. In these WorldCurrency Account Terms and Conditions, the Wholesale Rate is expressed as
Wholesale Rate means the rate per cent per annum which the Lender determines to be the market rate applying to an appropriate interest rate swap for the relevant time period.
Wholesale Rate means the rate per kilowatt hour charged by a wholesale supplier of electric power to a non-generating electric utility as approved by FERC.

Examples of Wholesale Rate in a sentence

  • If you do not accept the Lock-In Rate, your Pricing Date will be the Business Day following the Account Opening Date and your Customer Exchange Rate will equal the Standard Spread plus the Wholesale Rate in effect on that Pricing Date.

  • Our Spread is the difference between the Wholesale Rate available to us and the Customer Exchange Rate we make available to you.

  • In the event that Toledo has an agreement or enters into an agreement with another political subdivision outside of Toledo for the sale of water at a wholesale rate lower than the Wholesale Rate provided to the Contracting Jurisdiction herein, the Contracting Jurisdiction shall enjoy, at its option, the lower rates.

  • The Wholesale Rate shall be less than the First Block Retail Rate, inclusive of the Fixed Cost Rate.

  • All Master Metered Contracting Jurisdictions shall be delivered water at the Wholesale Rate as specified in Sections 1(X) and 5A(1).


More Definitions of Wholesale Rate

Wholesale Rate means the uniform rate charged to Master Metered Jurisdictions for Toledo Water from time to time, calculated as specified in Section 5(A) and adopted in accord with the provisions of this Agreement, including Section 3, Section 5 and Charter Section XV.
Wholesale Rate means the rate per cent per annum which the Lender determines to be the market rate applying to an appropriate interest rate swap for the relevant time period. The following are examples of the calculation of the break funding fee:
Wholesale Rate means the price of Inventory charged by Supplier to its wholesale customers, as may be amended from time to time, which Wholesale Rates do not on average exceed (***)% of the Net Rates in the aggregate;
