Municipal Customer definition

Municipal Customer means a retail end user of electric service located in the service territory of the Company that is a Municipality.
Municipal Customer means a retail end user of electric service located in the service territory of the EDC that is a Municipality.
Municipal Customer shall not include any such entity in its capacity as a Contract User.

More Definitions of Municipal Customer

Municipal Customer means a municipality that is afforded the use or the availability of service from an authority.
Municipal Customer means a governmental entity, not a Member, who delivers Municipal Waste originating within the counties of Botetourt, Allegheny, Bath, Augusta, Amherst, Bedford or Nelson (jurisdictions which share a boundary with Rockbridge County) or originating within a city or town lying within said counties or Rockbridge County, except the City of Lexington, the Town of Glasgow and the Town of Goshen, to the Facility under an account with the Authority.
Municipal Customer means the cities of Duluth, Proctor, Hermantown, Cloquet, Carlton, Scanlon, Thomson and Wrenshall, the townships of Rice Lake, Midway, Thomson and Twin Lakes, the Pike Lake Area Wastewater Collection System, the Duluth/North Shore Sanitary District, the Village of Oliver, Wisconsin, the Knife River-Larsmont Sanitary District, and any other governmental entity which discharges wastewater directly to the WLSSD wastewater conveyance system and is not a wastewater customer of another governmental entity.
Municipal Customer shall not include any such entity in its capacity as a Contract User. “Municipal System” means the water system of the related Municipal Customer.
Municipal Customer means each political subdivision of the Commonwealth (other than the Borough) that is a party to a Municipal Service Agreement.

Related to Municipal Customer

  • Residential customer means a customer who consumes gas solely for domestic use.
