Wildlife sanctuary definition

Wildlife sanctuary means an organization exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code that operates a place of refuge where abused, neglected, unwanted, impounded, abandoned, orphaned, or displaced wildlife are provided care for their lifetime, if all of the following apply:

Wildlife sanctuary means an area of land with a particular kind of environment set aside by law or by regulation for the temporary or permanent protection of certain species of animals;
