Customer shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Flock Services (e.g., laptops, internet connection, mobile devices, etc.).
Flock shall monitor the Flock Services, and any applicable device health, in order to improve performance and functionality.
Flock desires to provide Customer the Flock Services and any access thereto, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, solely for the awareness, prevention, and prosecution of crime, bona fide investigations and evidence gathering for law enforcement purposes, (“Permitted Purpose”).

Should Customer default on any payment of the Flock Services, Flock may remove Flock Hardware at Flock’s discretion.
Proprietary Information of Customer includes non-public data provided by Customer to Flock or collected by Flock via Flock Services, which includes but is not limited to geolocation information and environmental data collected by sensors.
