Flock is not obligated to install, reinstall, or provide physical maintenance to Agency Hardware.
Proprietary Information of Agency includes non-public data provided by Agency to Flock or collected by Flock via the Flock Hardware or Agency Hardware, to enable the provision of the Services, which includes but is not limited to geolocation information and environmental data collected by sensors .
Flock shall have no liability resulting from any delay by the Agency in installing the Embedded Software on the Agency Hardware.
Flock will not provide the remedy described in Section 7.1 if Agency has misused the Flock Hardware, Agency Hardware, or Service in any manner.
