Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.
Wireline means a cable containing one or more electrical conductors which is used to lower and raise logging tools in the well-bore.
Backhaul means intermediate links between the core network, or backbone network, and the small subnetworks at the edge of the network (e.g., connecting cell phones/towers to the core telephone network). Backhaul can be wireless (e.g., microwave) or wired (e.g., fiber optic, coaxial cable, Ethernet).
Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
Input Service Distributor means an office of the supplier of goods or services or both which receives tax invoices issued under section 31 towards the receipt of input services and issues a prescribed document for the purposes of distributing the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services to a supplier of taxable goods or services or both having the same Permanent Account Number as that of the said office;
Telecommunications Assets means all assets, rights (contractual or otherwise) and properties, whether tangible or intangible, used or intended for use in connection with a Telecommunications Business.
Basic generation service provider or "provider" means a
Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;
Telecommunications Business means the business of (i) transmitting, or providing services relating to the transmission of, voice, video or data through owned or leased transmission facilities, (ii) creating, developing or marketing communications related network equipment, software and other devices for use in a Telecommunications Business or (iii) evaluating, participating or pursuing any other activity or opportunity that is primarily related to those identified in (i) or (ii) above; provided that the determination of what constitutes a Telecommunications Business shall be made in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Guarantor.
Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:
Shared Services means the centralized, shared or pooled services, undertakings and arrangements which are provided by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries to or for the benefit of the Ultimate Parent and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Shared Services Agreement, including, without limitation, the acquisition and ownership of assets by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries used in the provision of the foregoing and centralized payroll, benefits and account payable operations.
Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.
Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
SpinCo Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;
Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;
Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Network Service Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission, as a provider of network service to PacifiCorp under the Tariff.
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.
Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
