Work Based Personal Assistance Only means the Work Based Personal Assistance which a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant may receive after any period of Ongoing Support, in accordance with any Guidelines.

  • Note: The Provider is not entitled to claim reimbursement under this clause 95.4.   • General requirements for a Job Plan The Provider must ensure that, at all times, each Participant (excluding Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participants) has a current Job Plan.

  • Subject to any Guidelines, a Provider must not provide Work Based Personal Assistance or Work Based Personal Assistance Only to a NDIS Participant.
