Work Based Personal Assistance Only means the Work Based Personal Assistance which a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant may receive after any period of Ongoing Support, in accordance with any Guidelines.

  • Note: The Provider is not entitled to claim reimbursement under this clause 95.4. The Provider may only provide a Participant with one of the following Program Services at any one time: Employment Assistance; {Deleted}; Post Placement Support; Ongoing Support; Work Assist Services; or Work Based Personal Assistance Only, such Program Services being mutually exclusive.

  • General requirements for a Job Plan The Provider must ensure that, at all times, each Participant (excluding Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participants) has a current Job Plan.
