Work Documents definition

Work Documents means all manuals, designs, specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, plans, reports, calculations, summaries and other items to be delivered by Contractor to Company under the Agreement.
Work Documents means all manuals, designs, specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, plans, reports, calculations, summaries, other items identified as deliverables from Seller to Company pursuant to the Agreement and other documentation necessary for the use of Materials.
Work Documents means all manuals, marketing plans, implementation plans, detailed budget and forecasts, policies (e.g. quality control), designs, specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, plans, reports, calculations, summaries and other items to be delivered by Contractor to Company under the Agreement.

  • The Contractor shall prosecute and complete the Contract Work in strict accordance with the Scope of Work Documents, the Drawings and Design Specifications and all other Contract Documents.

  • The Plans and Specifications are hereinafter collectively called the "Work Documents".

  • The cost of producing such Work Documents shall be included in the costs of the Work.

  • In addition, Tenant shall promptly submit the Work Documents to Landlord who shall promptly review the Work Documents submitted by Tenant and shall either provide comments or corrections thereto or approve such Work Documents.


More Definitions of Work Documents

Work Documents means, collectively, the Statement of Work and related documents attached to this Master Agreement from time to time with respect to particular Projects. By way of example, under the SIDA, the work documents were: the Functional Scope - nETVALUE Project dated November 22, 1996, attached hereto as Appendix A, and the Statement of Work dated November 22, 1996, attached hereto as Appendix B, and the Value Valet Business Requirements dated November 22, 1996, attached hereto as Appendix C, each as further elaborated and developed by TRECOM and Customer from time to time.
Work Documents means papers and other records such as copies of financial statements, accounts, calculations, reports, research materials, minutes of meetings and information materials that are accumulated during the auditing activities according to the internal standards of auditing services.
Work Documents or “Subcontract” or “Work Release” means construction generated documents, which includes computer generated or assessable documents, which formalizes the agreement relative to the specific work and which shall be the only authorization for the work under this Master Agreement.

Related to Work Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.
