Work Documents definition

Work Documents means all manuals, designs, specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, plans, reports, calculations, summaries and other items to be delivered by Contractor to Company under the Agreement.

  • The Contractor shall prosecute and complete the Contract Work in strict accordance with the Scope of Work Documents, the Drawings and Design Specifications and all other Contract Documents.

Related to Work Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract.   • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.
