Work experience program definition

Work experience program or “program” in this chapter means a work experience program providing services and benefits to noncustodial parents under s. 49.159 (1) (b), Stats.; the Trans- form Milwaukee Jobs program under s. 49.163, Stats.; or the Tran- sitional Jobs program under s. 49.163, Stats.
Work experience program or “program” means a work experience program for noncustodial parents under s. 49.36, Stats.
Work experience program means the term employment of auxiliary firefighters (certified to National Fire Protection Association Firefighter Level II) to supplement staffing of the Fire Department. Work Experience Program participants may or may not live at fire station, depending on the program requirements, as determined by the Fire Chief.
