Working Capital B-2 Advance definition

Working Capital B-2 Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

Examples of Working Capital B-2 Advance in a sentence

  • Each Working Capital B-2 Advance owing to the Lender by the Borrower pursuant to the Credit Agreement, and all payments made on account of principal thereof, shall be recorded by the Lender and, prior to any transfer hereof, endorsed on the grid attached hereto which is part of this Promissory Note.

  • The Borrower promises to pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Working Capital B-2 Advance from the date of such Working Capital B-2 Advance until such principal amount is paid in full, at such interest rates, and payable at such times, as are specified in the Credit Agreement.

  • Each B-2 Borrower shall repay to the Agent for the ratable account of the Working Capital B-2 Lenders on the Termination Date the aggregate principal amount of the Working Capital B-2 Advances made to such B-2 Borrower and then outstanding, provided that such B-2 Borrower shall repay such amount in the currency in which such Working Capital B-2 Advance was made.
