Working Capital Memorandum definition

Working Capital Memorandum means the memorandum, in the agreed form, on the working capital of the Group for the period to 31 March 2024.
Working Capital Memorandum means the working capital forecast memorandum in the agreed form produced by the Board and dated the Prospectus Date in connection with the forecast of the working capital of the Group; and
Working Capital Memorandum is defined in Section 1.5(d).
