Working Capital Rate definition

Working Capital Rate has the meaning specified in Section 8.2.4.2.
Working Capital Rate means a floating rate of interest which is equal to -------------------- two and three-quarters percent (2.75%) per annum over LIBOR. The Working Capital Rate shall be adjusted on and as of the effective date of each weekly change in LIBOR. The Lender's determination of the Working Capital Rate as of any date of determination shall be conclusive and binding, absent manifest error.
Working Capital Rate means, except as otherwise provided in Section 16.12(b), for each Day, the sum of (i) three (3) months LIBOR for such Day (the “Base Interest Rate”) and (ii) [**] (the “Applicable Margin”).

  • Working Capital Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
