Worth at the Time of Award definition

Worth at the Time of Award of the amounts referred to in parts (i) and (ii) above, shall be computed by allowing interest at the lesser of a per annum rate equal to: (A) the greatest per annum rate of interest permitted from time to time under applicable law, or (B) the Prime Rate plus 5%. For purposes hereof, the “Prime Rate” shall be the per annum interest rate publicly announced as its prime or base rate by a federally insured bank selected by Landlord in the State of California. The “Worth at the Time of Award” of the amount referred to in part (iii), above, shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus 1%;

More Definitions of Worth at the Time of Award

Worth at the Time of Award of the amounts referred to in subparts (i) and (ii) above, shall be computed by allowing interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum. The “worth at the time of award” of the amount referred to in subpart (iii) above shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus one percent (1%).
Worth at the Time of Award shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.

Related to Worth at the Time of Award

  • Lease Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Equity Balance (if same has not been paid as of such date)

  • Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.

  • LATE CHARGES All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Any invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are subject to a one percent (1%) per month financing charge on any unpaid balance but only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Actual/360 Basis The accrual of interest on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during any relevant accrual period in a year assumed to consist of 360 days.

  • Transfer Premium shall also include, but not be limited to, key money, bonus money or other cash consideration paid by Transferee to Tenant in connection with such Transfer, and any payment in excess of fair market value for services rendered by Tenant to Transferee or for assets, fixtures, inventory, equipment, or furniture transferred by Tenant to Transferee in connection with such Transfer. The determination of the amount of Landlord’s applicable share of the Transfer Premium shall be made on a monthly basis as rent or other consideration is received by Tenant under the Transfer.

  • Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered service. Depending on the plan type, cost-share may include one or more of the following: deductible, copay, access fee, coinsurance, pharmacy deductible, and precertification charges.

  • Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).

  • Total Compensation means the cash and noncash dollar value earned by the executive during the Contractor’s preceding fiscal year and includes the following (for more information see 17 CFR 229.402(c)(2)):

  • Late Charge means the lesser of five percent (5%) of the payment due or the maximum amount permitted by the law of the state where the Equipment is located.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA). GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • Actual Contribution Percentage means the average of the Contribution Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.

  • Actual emissions means the actual rate of emissions in tpy of any regulated pollutant (for fee calculation) emitted from a Part 71 source over the preceding calendar year. Actual emissions shall be calculated using each emissions unit’s actual operating hours, production rates, in-place control equipment, and types of materials processed, stored, or combusted during the preceding calendar year.

  • emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].

  • Lessee's Share is defined, for purposes of this Lease, as the percentage set forth in paragraph 1.10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, which percentage has been determined by dividing the approximate square footage of the Premises by the total approximate square footage of the rentable space contained in the Office Building Project. It is understood and agreed that the square footage figures set forth in the Basic Lease Provisions are approximations which Lessor and Lessee agree are reasonable and shall not be subject to revision except in connection with an actual change in the size of the Premises or a change in the space available for lease in the Office Building Project.

  • UK Standard Contractual Clauses means the Standard Contractual Clauses for data controller to data processor transfers approved by the European Commission in decision 2010/87/EU.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Actual Value means the greenhouse gas emissions savings for some or all of the steps of a specific biofuel, bioliquid or biomass fuel production process, calculated in accordance with the methodology laid down in Part C of Annex V or Part B of Annex VI;

  • Earnable compensation means the full rate of the
