Writing definition

Writing means the representation or reproduction of words, symbols or other information in a visible form by any method or combination of methods, whether sent or supplied in electronic form or otherwise.
Writing means any hand-written, type-written, or printed communication, including telex, cable and facsimile transmission.
Writing means handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, and every other means of recording any form of communication or representation including, but not limited to, letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combination thereof, and all papers, maps, magnetic or paper tapes, photographic films and prints, motion picture, film and video recordings, magnetic or punched cards, discs, drums, diskettes, sound recordings, and other documents including existing data compilations from which information may be obtained or translated.

  • The Pricing Term Sheet is an Issuer Free Writing Prospectus for purposes of this Agreement.

  • The Depositor represents, warrants and agrees that there have been no Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses used in connection with the offering of the Bonds (as contemplated by the Registration Statement, the Pricing Package and the Final Prospectus) other than the materials listed on Schedule III and Schedule IV hereto.

More Definitions of Writing

Writing means a record of information (including information communicated by teletransmission) which is in tangible or other form and is capable of being reproduced in tangible form on a subsequent occasion and which indicates by reasonable means a person’s approval of the record.
Writing means any handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, photocopying, transmitting by electronic mail or facsimile, and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing any form of communication or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combinations thereof, and any record thereby created, regardless of the manner in which the record has been stored.
Writing or "written" means any information in the form of a document.
Writing includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in this Agreement, this includes emails.
Writing means legible writing and in English and includes printing, typewriting, lithography or any other mechanical process, as well as any electronic communication in a manner and a form permitted in terms of the Act and/or the Regulations.
Writing means any written communication by letter or by e-mail.
Writing has the meaning specified in Section 6.13.
