Written Certificate of the Successor Agency definition

Written Certificate of the Successor Agency means a request or certificate, in writing signed by the Executive Director, Secretary or Finance Officer of the Successor Agency or by any other officer of the Successor Agency duly authorized by the Successor Agency for that purpose.
