XM System definition

XM System means a digital audio, visual imaging and/or data broadcasting system using time division multiplex (“TDM”) downlink and PSK modulation from two satellites and multicarrier modulation (“MCM”) from terrestrial repeaters to provide an S-band Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (“SDARS”) in the United States pursuant to a license from the Federal Communications Commission.
XM System means XM's SDARS transmission system including associated --------- terrestrial transmissions.
XM System means the digital broadcast systems operated by XM.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:
