XX Xxxx Indenture definition

XX Xxxx Indenture means the Bond Indenture dated as of [ ] [ ] 2013, between the XX Xxxx Issuer and the XX Xxxx Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
XX Xxxx Indenture means the indenture dated as of 1 December 2003 entered into between the relevant Obligors, the HY Bonds Trustee and Kredietbank S.A. Luxembourgeoise as Luxembourg paying and transfer agent.
XX Xxxx Indenture means the XX Xxxx indenture dated 17 December 2003, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
