Xxxx Project definition

Xxxx Project means Newmont’s exploration and development project in the State of Nevada that is depicted on the map attached as Schedule E and known as the “Xxxx Project”.

Xxxx Project means the California Valley Solar Ranch in San Xxxx Obispo County, California, which is expected to have a capacity of approximately 250 megawatts.

Xxxx Project means that certain pipeline construction project extending the Loan Parties’ existing pipeline systems located in XxXxxxxx, County, Texas by approximately 90 miles into Xxxx County, Texas, Dimmit County, Texas, and LaSalle County, Texas (as further described in the Third Amendment Request), which construction project is targeted to be completed on or prior to November 1, 2014.

Examples of Xxxx Project in a sentence

• The switchyard facilities required for the San Xxxx Project as shown by materials listed in Exhibit III, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

• An unplanned event or circumstance at the San Xxxx Project which reduces or may reduce the availability of Capacity or Energy from a Unit.

• The coal storage pile for the San Xxxx Project, sometimes referred to as the “minimum coal storage pile,” or as the “force majeure pile,” which is to be drawn upon when fuel deliveries are interrupted.

More Definitions of Xxxx Project

Xxxx Project has the same meaning as in the Agreement.

Xxxx Project means all fee simple patents, unpatented mining claims and leasehold mining claims located in the Shining Tree area of Northern Ontario owned or otherwise held (as of the date hereof) by South American Resources Corp., a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer, and all easements and rights of way, if any, related thereto and all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances existing thereon or forming part thereof, and includes a 25% undivided ownership interest in a joint venture with Lake Shore Gold Corp. held by South American Resources Corp. in certain unpatented mining claims located in the Knight Township of Northern Ontario.

Xxxx Project means the California Valley Solar Ranch in San Xxxx Obispo County, California.

Xxxx Project has the meaning given to that term in the JV Agreement;

Xxxx Project the Borrower’s early-stage copper and molybdenum deposit located near Houston, British Columbia.

Xxxx Project means the advanced exploration-stage gold project located approximately 15 km west-southwest of the town of Gowganda and 100 km south-southeast of the Timmins gold camp within the Shining Tree area in the southern part of the Abitibi greenstone belt in Ontario, Canada, as more fully described in the Aris Public Disclosure Record;

Xxxx Project means the Xxxx Gold Project comprised of the Xxxx Property and the Golden Lake Property, in which the Company holds a 100% interest (through Temex), located in the Shining Tree Area of Northern Ontario;
