Xxxxx Holders definition

Xxxxx Holders means each of the Holders designated as such on Schedule 1 hereto.

Xxxxx Holders means Xxxxx Energy Drilling Fund, LP, a Texas limited partnership, Xxxxx Energy Equity Partners, LP, a Texas limited partnership, Xxxxx Energy Equity Partners II, LP, a Texas limited partnership, Xxxxx Energy Team 3, LP, a Texas limited partnership, and their Transferees that directly or indirectly own interests in such entities as of the date hereof and become signatory hereto from time to time.

Xxxxx Holders means the Xxxxx Entities and any permitted transferee thereof of Registrable Securities to whom registration rights hereunder are assigned in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of Xxxxx Holders in a sentence

• In the case of any such separate firm for Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Holders of Registrable Securities, and control persons of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Holders of Registrable Securities, such firm shall be designated in writing by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.

• Except as specifically set forth herein, the Company may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of a majority in interest of the Metalmark Holders and a majority in interest of the Xxxxx Holders (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); provided, that notwithstanding any such assignment by the Company, the Company shall remain liable for its obligations hereunder.

• In the event any xxxxxxxx for utility charges are made to Lessor, Lessor shall send such xxxxxxxx to Lessee to be paid by Lessee within thirty (30) days after receipt of the xxxx.

• The Xxxxx Holders may transfer their rights under this Agreement only in connection with a transfer of Class A Common Stock and only if the transferee agrees in writing to be bound by this Agreement in the same capacity as the transferor (and, for the sake of clarity, such transferee shall be entitled to all rights of such transferor) with respect to such transferred Class A Common Stock.

• Except as expressly set forth herein, the provisions of this Agreement may only be amended or waived with the prior written consent of (a) the Company, (b) a majority in interest of the Metalmark Holders, and (c) a majority in interest of the Xxxxx Holders.

More Definitions of Xxxxx Holders

Xxxxx Holders means (a) Xxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx III, their respective estates and members of the immediate family (including adopted children) of any such individuals who acquire voting stock of HCC from any such estates, (b) X.X.

Xxxxx Holders means (a) Mr. O. Xxxxxx Xxxxx and his guardians, conservators, committees or attorneys-in-fact, (b) Descendants and their respective guardians, conservators, committees or attorneys-in-fact and (c) each Family Controlled Entity.
