Xxxxx Entities definition

Xxxxx Entities means Xx. Xxxxxx X. Frist, Jr., any Person controlled by Xx. Xxxxx and any charitable organization selected by Xx. Xxxxx that holds Equity Interests of the Issuer on November 17, 2006.

Xxxxx Entities means Xxxxx and each other entity listed on the signature pages hereto as Xxxxx Entity.

Xxxxx Entities means Xx. Xxxxxx X.

Examples of Xxxxx Entities in a sentence

• The Xxxxx Entities, the Partnership Entities and the arbitrators shall proceed diligently and in good faith in order that the award may be made as promptly as possible.

• The Arbitrable Disputes may be arbitrated in a common proceeding along with disputes under other agreements between the Xxxxx Entities, the Partnership Entities or their Affiliates to the extent that the issues raised in such disputes are related.

• Without the written consent of Xxxxx, on behalf of the Xxxxx Entities, and the Partnership, on behalf of the Partnership Entities, no unrelated disputes or third party disputes may be joined to an arbitration pursuant to this Agreement.

• Any of the exhibits or schedules to this Agreement may be amended, modified, revised or updated by the parties hereto if each of Xxxxx (on behalf of the Xxxxx Entities) and the Partnership (on behalf of the Partnership Entities) execute an amended, modified, revised or updated exhibit or schedule, as applicable, and attach it to this Agreement.

• The Xxxxx Entities will not have any obligation under Section 3.1 with respect to any Assets until the Covered Environmental Losses of the Partnership Entities exceed $200,000.

More Definitions of Xxxxx Entities

Xxxxx Entities means Xxxxx Oils & Hicksgas, Incorporated, an Indiana corporation, and Xxxxxxx Holdings, Inc., an Indiana corporation.

Xxxxx Entities has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Xxxxx Entities means the entities comprising Xxxxx, their respective Affiliates and the successors and permitted assigns of the entities and their respective Affiliates.

Xxxxx Entities shall only refer to Xxxxx X. XxXxx and those entities in which Xxxxx X. XxXxx owns, directly or indirectly, securities constituting 51% or more of the voting power of such entity.

Xxxxx Entities means a collective reference to (i) all business or investment entities affiliated with the Borrower or the REIT Guarantor or owned or controlled by Xxxxx Capital, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries or by any of the principals of any such entities and (ii) all of the consolidated Subsidiaries of any such entities.

Xxxxx Entities shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Xxxxx Entities means Xxxxx and any Person controlled, directly or indirectly, by Xxxxx other than the Partnership Entities; and "Xxxxx Entity" means any of the Xxxxx Entities.
