Xxxxx Proposal definition

Xxxxx Proposal means a document in a form or manner as required by the Department and developed by You which has informed the decision by the Department to provide a Grant for the Project and can include, but is not limited to, any funding application as submitted by You, any project proposal, project brief or business case. Grant Period means the period commencing on the Signing Date and ending on the date that You have completed the Project to the Department’s satisfaction and the Department has made all payments due.
