Voting Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Voting Trust Agreement means the Voting Trust Agreement entered into ---------------------- as of April 15, 1996 by and among Xxxxxx X. Xxxx; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; and F. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as the Voting Trustees and the stockholders of LSAI Holding Corp. who are parties thereto.
e-voting means voting using either the internet, telephone or text message; “e-voting information” has the meaning set out in rule 24.2;
Non-Voting Shares means a particular Class of Shares that do not carry the right to notice of or to attend or vote at general meetings of the ICAV or the relevant Fund.
Subordinate Voting Shares means the subordinate voting shares in the capital of the Corporation;
Special Voting Units means, collectively, special voting units of the REIT, and “Special Voting Unit” means any one of them.
Recorded Vote means a written record of the name and vote of each member of Council or a Committee who votes on a question and of each member present who does not vote.
Litigation Trust Agreement means the trust agreement dated as of the Plan Implementation Date, between SFC and the Litigation Trustee, establishing the Litigation Trust.
Litigation Trust means the trust to be established on the Plan Implementation Date at the time specified in section 6.4(p) in accordance with the Litigation Trust Agreement pursuant to the laws of a jurisdiction that is acceptable to SFC and the Initial Consenting Noteholders, which trust will acquire the Litigation Trust Claims and will be funded with the Litigation Funding Amount in accordance with the Plan and the Litigation Trust Agreement.
Block Voting Instruction means, in relation to any Meeting, a document in the English language issued by a Paying Agent:
Multiple Voting Shares means the multiple voting shares in the capital of the Company.
Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.
Aggregate Voting Interests The aggregate of the Voting Interests of all the Certificates under this Agreement.
Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the REIT;
Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Non-Voting Member means a member of a Committee or Sub- Committee of the Council who is not a member of the Council and is not entitled to vote on any matter coming before that Committee or Sub- Committee;
Income trust means a trust that is not a unitrust.
Voting booth or “booth” means that booth or enclosure wherein an elector casts his or her ballot for tabulation by an electronic or electromechanical device.
Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."
Book voter registration form means voter registration forms contained in a
Voting Shares means the Class A Ordinary Shares, excluding any Shares beneficially owned by the Administrator or any of its Affiliates and shares beneficially owned by a Vote Limited Member in excess of the Vote Limit.
Initial Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12 of the Trust Agreement.
Vote ’ means one of the main segments into which a budget of a municipality is divided for the appropriation of funds for the different departments or functional areas of the municipality; and which specifies the total amount that is appropriated for the purposes of the department or functional area concerned.
the Eileen Trust means the charitable trust of that name established on 29th March 1993 out of funds provided by the Secretary of State for the benefit of persons eligible for payment in accordance with its provisions;
Delaware Statutory Trust Statute means the provisions of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, 12 Del. C.ss.3801, et. seq., as such Act may be amended from time to time.
Company Voting Securities means the combined voting power of all outstanding voting securities of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors to the Board.
