  • Other Provisions The City shall be entitled to use the stadium (either or both of Xxxxx Xxxxx Stadium and the Civic Centre) once in each calendar year for an event, at no fee or charge to the City, except that the stadium component limited partnership may recover from the City its costs and expenses incurred in connection with the event, including the costs of cleaning and security services.
