XXXXX XXXXXXX ENTITIES means the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Group as defined in the Separation and Distribution Agreement and any business or operations (whether current or historical regardless of whether discontinued or sold) included in the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Business.
