Xxxxxx Common Shares definition

Xxxxxx Common Shares means the shares of common stock in the capital of Xxxxxx;

Xxxxxx Common Shares means shares of Xxxxxx common stock, without par value;

Xxxxxx Common Shares means the shares of common stock in the capital of the Purchaser.

• The purchase price (the "Purchase Price") for the Path 1 Shares is Ten Million U.S. Dollars ($10,000,000) and 200,000 common shares, no par value (the "Xxxxxx Common Shares"), of Purchaser (such 200,000 Xxxxxx Common Shares being hereinafter referred to as the "Xxxxxx Shares").

Xxxxxx Common Shares means the common shares in the authorized share capital of Xxxxxx with a $0.01 par value per Xxxxxx Common Share, together with all rights distributed to the Xxxxxx Shareholders and attached thereto or associated therewith pursuant to the Xxxxxx Rights Agreement.
