Xxxxxx Designee definition

Xxxxxx Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c)(i).

Xxxxxx Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.

Xxxxxx Designee means one or more Subsidiaries or Affiliates of a Xxxxxx Entity that have been designated by LBHI in writing as designees of LBHI for purposes of this Agreement.

Xxxxxx Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(i).

Xxxxxx Designee means the person or persons designated by Xxxxxx in writing to receive the ATSI Shares, the Note and the Warrant upon the First Release, Second Release, or Simultaneous Release, if applicable.

Xxxxxx Designee means: (i) initially, the following individuals who are Directors upon the completion of the IPO: and (ii) thereafter, at any time, each individual designated by the Xxxxxx Stockholder pursuant to this Agreement for nomination or appointment to the Board at or after the then most recent annual meeting of the stockholders of the Company (or special meeting in lieu of an annual meeting at which Directors are to be elected) who is either serving as a Director or whose nomination or appointment to the Board is pending.
