Xxxxxx Express Service definition

Xxxxxx Express Service means the electronic xxxx presentment and payment service offered by Bank to Customer, which may be provided either directly by Bank or indirectly through the Bank’s service provider, which Service allows Customer to deliver E-Bills to and receive one-time or recurring Payments from Payers, either online through the use of a Device or by telephone (via interactive voice response or Customer’s customer service representatives).

  • In such situations, Bank will have no liability for the delay or unavailability of access to the Xxxxxx Express Service.

  • In the event any such third party service provider is unavailable or Bank determines, in its discretion, that Bank cannot continue providing the Xxxxxx Express Service through or using any such third party service provider, Bank may discontinue the Xxxxxx Express Service or may provide the Service through a different party.

  • Customer agrees not to use or attempt to use the Xxxxxx Express Service to engage in any transaction that is not specifically authorized and permitted or in any way that is in breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Bank reserves the right to limit the frequency and dollar amount of Payments credited to Customer’s Settlement Account through the Xxxxxx Express Service.

  • Neither Bank nor Web Host will pre-screen Content, but Bank and its designees (including Web Host) shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is made available to others using the Xxxxxx Express Service or on Customer’s EBPP Portal.

  • Customer agrees that it is independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of Customer’s activities related to Customer’s use of the Xxxxxx Express Service, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications Customer sends in connection with the Xxxxxx Express Service.

Related to Xxxxxx Express Service

  • Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.
