Xxxxxx Instructor Portal means that website maintained by Xxxxxx Mind for Instructor Enrollment, downloading the Desktop Application and Browser Extension, and/or configuring/personalizing the Instructor’s use of the Xxxxxx Mind Offering. Not all Xxxxxx Classroom Offerings use the Xxxxxx Instructor Portal; certain Xxxxxx Classroom Offerings require use of the Xxxxxx Instructor Portal. Use of the Xxxxxx Instructor Portal requires agreement to the Instructor Terms of Use by each Instructor.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
