Xxxxxx Wireless Network definition

Xxxxxx Wireless Network means the Rogers-owned wireless transmission facilities.
Xxxxxx Wireless Network has the meaning given to that term in Section 8.1 herein.

  • Your End Users may only roam incidentally to their use of the Xxxxxx Wireless Network in Canada and cannot roam on the networks of third party network operators on a permanent basis.

  • Once your end- user has left the Xxxxxx Wireless Network and has entered an Extended Coverage area, the end-user’s Device will automatically connect to Extended Coverage.

  • An End User’s Device always connects to the Xxxxxx Wireless Network if it is available.

  • Your Rogers Device will always connect to the Xxxxxx Wireless Network if it is available.

  • We reserve the right in our sole discretion and without notice, from time to time, to make changes in any aspect of the Xxxxxx Wireless Network.

  • Extended Coverage is intended for occasional use; the majority of your end-user’s monthly usage (voice, data and SMS) must occur on the Xxxxxx Wireless Network.

  • Once an End User has left the Xxxxxx Wireless Network and has entered an Extended Coverage area, the End User’s Device automatically connects to the network of the third party network operator located in the Extended Coverage.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Rogers reserves the right in its discretion and without notice to you, from time to time to make changes in any aspect of the Xxxxxx Wireless Network.

  • We may enlarge, reduce in scope or otherwise vary the Xxxxxx Wireless Network footprint from time to time at our sole discretion.

  • Occasional means that the majority of an End User’s monthly usage (voice, data and SMS) must occur on the Xxxxxx Wireless Network.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Roaming means cellular communications services (e.g., voice, video, data) received from a visited network when unable to connect to the facilities of the home network either because signal coverage is too weak or because traffic is too high.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Mobile Wireless Service means all mobile wireless telecommunications services, including commercial mobile radio service (CMRS). CMRS includes paging, air-ground radio, telephone service and offshore radiotelephone services, as well as mobile telephony services, such as the service offerings of carriers using cellular radiotelephone, broadband PCS and SMR licenses. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing" or "MECAB" refers to the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
