The institution that Xxxxxx Mae employs to act on its behalf to debit Issuer’s Central P&I Custodial Account, to pay Xxxxxx Xxx XX Security Holders, to collect Xxxxxx Mae guaranty fees, and to perform other duties with respect to Xxxxxx Xxx MBS.
The Central P&I Custodial Account must be used exclusively for funds relating to Xxxxxx Xxx MBS program mortgage pools and may be drawn on only by the Depository, the Issuer, Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxx Mae’s central paying and transfer agent.
