  • Such duties may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of Xxxxxxx Canada, and the Executive shall perform such duties as Xxxxxxx Canada may direct form time to time.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall not be precluded from devoting such time to his personal or financial affairs or to community, charitable, trade and professional activities as shall not interfere with his duties to Xxxxxxx Canada.

  • Any difference, claim or matter in dispute arising between the parties out of this Agreement or connected therewith (other than requests by Xxxxxxx Canada for injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of Sections 5 through 8 hereof) shall be submitted by them to arbitration by a single arbitrator under the provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act (R.S.B.C. 1996 C.
