Xxxxxxx Gathering System definition

Xxxxxxx Gathering System means each of the discrete gas gathering systems described in Exhibit C, together with any modifications, alterations, replacements, extensions, or expansions made by Gatherer, from time to time, to each such gathering system.
Xxxxxxx Gathering System. (a) as to the Total Parties has the meaning provided in the Total Gathering Agreement and (b) as the CHK Parties has the meaning provided in the CHK Agreement.
Xxxxxxx Gathering System means the approximately 750-mile natural gas gathering system (and all appurtenances thereto) and related compression and other ancillary equipment located in Sublette, Lincoln, Uinta and Sweetwater counties of Wyoming. The Xxxxxxx Gathering System is depicted in the map(s) attached as Exhibit A.

Examples of Xxxxxxx Gathering System in a sentence

  • Producers shall be responsible for the cost of connecting (i) such new Producer Xxxxx on pads on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System where Gatherer has installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter and (ii) new Xxxxxxx Delivery Points added to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems for gas lift operations under Section 11 of this Exhibit A.

  • If Producers have volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas available on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System from time to time in excess of the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity for such Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Producers may request, and Gatherer shall provide, to the extent available, Priority 3 Service for such volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas at rates to be agreed to by the Parties.

  • Reductions in volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas due to Fuel Gas used for gathering, compression, dehydration, processing, and treating shall be shared and allocated among Producers and other third party shippers on each Xxxxxxx Gathering System in the proportion that each shipper delivers Gas to that Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

  • For each Year thereafter, the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity for each Xxxxxxx Gathering System shall be to equal **% of the average daily volumes of Producers’ Gas received and gathered hereunder at the Priority 1 Service level on each such Xxxxxxx Gathering System in the prior Year, but such redetermined Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity shall not exceed the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity in effect for such Xxxxxxx Gathering System in the last Month of the Minimum Volume Period.

  • If capacity on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System is curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all shippers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Priority 3 Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Priority 2 Service will be curtailed next, and the holders of Priority 1 Service shall be curtailed last.

  • For each new drill pad connection, Gatherer shall install a custody transfer meter on the drill pad at such location where Producers connect, or intend to connect, three or more Producer Xxxxx to a Xxxxxxx Gathering System at such location.

  • If Gatherer determines at any time that the continued acceptance of such blended nonconforming Producers’ Gas or MV Mitigation Gas is not operationally feasible or would result in any material damage or harm to the applicable Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Gatherer may Notify Producers that it intends to discontinue blending and accepting such nonconforming Producers’ Gas or MV Mitigation Gas.

  • The fee for Gatherer providing such treating services is included in the Xxxxxxx Fees to the extent such services are provided by Gatherer with facilities comprising part of a Xxxxxxx Gathering System on September 30, 2009.

  • After the end of the Minimum Volume Period, Gatherer shall have the right to declare, acting reasonably, that the operation of all of any Xxxxxxx Gathering System is uneconomic (as defined below) by Notifying Producers.

  • The “MVC Additional Volume Xxxxx Amount” shall be equal to the amount by which the Projected Additional Volume Xxxxx Amount exceeds the average daily capacity of such Xxxxxxx Gathering System used by Persons other than Producers and their Affiliates over the most recent 30 Day period preceding such release for which such information is available.

Related to Xxxxxxx Gathering System

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
